Ingredients:

?         2 cups dried wild mushrooms

?         2 Tbsp onion powder

?         1 Tbsp lemon zest

?         20 anchovies, drained

?         2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

?         6 garlic cloves, peeled

?         1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

?         1 cup extra virgin olive oil

?         4 tsp paprika

?         1/2 tsp sea salt

 

Instructions:

  • Combine the mushrooms, garlic, anchovies, lemon zest, and balsamic vinegar in the food processor. Pulse as you gradually drizzle in the olive oil. Process until smooth.
  • Add the cayenne, paprika, onion powder, and sea salt. Pulse to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture into an airtight jar and refrigerate for up to 14 days. Can be used to marinate meats.
