?         1 cup full fat plain yogurt

?         3 Tbsp coconut oil

?         4 cups baby spinach, rinsed and drained thoroughly

?         2 Tbsp chia seeds

?         2 Tbsp hemp hearts

?         1 cup frozen blueberries, unsweetened

?         2 scoops prebiotic fiber

?         1½cups ice cubes



  • Pour the yogurt, prebiotic fiber, coconut oil, hemp hearts, blueberries, chia seeds, spinach, and ice cubes into a high power blender.
  • Cover and blend on high until smooth. Pour into a tumbler and enjoy!
