Ingredients:

?         ½cup kale leaves, rinsed and drained thoroughly

?         ¼cup baby spinach, rinsed and drained thoroughly

?         ¼cup Swiss chard leaves, rinsed and drained thoroughly

?         ¾cup ice cubes

?         ¼cup cold water

?         1 Tbsp coconut oil

?         1 Tbsp chia seeds

 

Instructions:

  • Combine the cold water, coconut oil, leafy greens, chia seeds, and ice cubes into a high power blender.
  • Cover and blend on high until smooth. Pour into a tumbler and enjoy!
