?         1 Tbsp coconut oil

?         2 Tbsp coconut cream

?         1 Tbsp cacao powder

?         1 cup ice cubes

?         ½Tbsp whole chia seeds

?         Vanilla extract

?         Cinnamon

?         Cayenne pepper



  • Pour the coconut cream, coconut oil, cacao, chia seeds, and ice cubes into a high power blender.
  • Cover and blend on high until smooth. Add a dash each of cinnamon, cayenne, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a tumbler and enjoy!
