?         4 cups baby spinach, rinsed and drained thoroughly

?         2 Tbsp coconut oil

?         2 cups coconut milk

?         1 cucumber, peeled and chopped

?         2 cups ice cubes

?         Liquid stevia



  • Pour the coconut milk, baby spinach, cucumber, ice cubes, and coconut oil into a high power blender.
  • Cover and blend on high until smooth. Add liquid stevia to taste and blend until combined.
  • Pour into a tumbler and enjoy!
