?         1 cup pureed pumpkin

?         1 cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened

?         1 cup ice cubes

?         1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

?         2 scoops whey protein powder

?         2 oz cream cheese

?         Ground cinnamon

?         Liquid stevia


  • Pour the almond milk, pureed pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, protein powder, ice cubes, and cream cheese into a high power blender.
  • Cover and blend on high until smooth. Add liquid stevia and cinnamon to taste. Blend to combine.
  • Pour into a tumbler and enjoy!
