?         1 Tbsp coconut oil

?         ½scoop prebiotic fiber

?         ½cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened

?         ½scoop vanilla whey isolate protein powder

?         ¼cup fresh raspberries (or sliced strawberries)

?         2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

?         2 ice cubes



  • Pour the almond milk, protein powder, coconut oil, prebiotic powder, raspberries, and ice cubes into a high power blender.
  • Cover and blend on high until smooth. Add the coconut flakes and blend to combine.
  • Pour into a tumbler and enjoy!
