Peppermint Mocha Smoothie

? ½cup black coffee, chilled
? 3 ice cubes
? ¼cup heavy cream
? 1 Tbsp cacao powder
? 1 Tbsp avocado, pitted, peeled and cubed
? 1 Tbsp fresh mint (or½tsp peppermint extract)
? Liquid stevia
- Pour the black coffee, heavy cream, avocado, cacao powder, fresh mint, and ice cubes into a high power blender.
- Cover and blend on high until smooth. Add a few drops of liquid stevia to taste. Blend to combine.
- Pour into a tumbler and enjoy!
