Mexican Keto Dip

?         1 1/4 cups mashed avocado

?         1/4 cup cream cheese

?         1/4 cup keto mayo

?         1/2 cup sour cream

?         1 Tbsp taco seasoning

?         1 cup salsa

?         1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

?         1/4 cup minced green onion



  • In a bowl, stir together the cream cheese, keto mayo, and sour cream until thoroughly combined. Stir in the taco seasoning until evenly distributed and smooth.
  • Spread the mashed avocado on the bottom of a small casserole dish, then pour the cream cheese mixture on top and spread out evenly.
  • Pour the salsa on top of the cream cheese mixture, then top with cheddar cheese. Sprinkle the green onion on top of everything.
  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours to let the flavors combine well. Serve chilled.
