Chocolate Milkshake

Makes: 1 serving

Carbs per Serving: 12 grams

Protein per Serving: 8 grams

Fat per Serving: 25 grams



?         8 oz vanilla almond milk, unsweetened

?         ½packet stevia

?         2 oz heavy cream

?         ½scoop whey isolate protein powder, Chocolate flavored

?         ¼cup crushed ice



  • Pour the milk, protein powder, stevia, cream, and ice into a high power blender.
  • Cover and blend on high until smooth. Pour into a tumbler and enjoy!
