Keto Ketchup

Makes: 8 servings (1 tablespoon each)

Carbs per Serving: 4.625 grams

Protein per Serving: 1 gram

Fat per Serving: 0.125 grams

 

Ingredients:

         3/4 cup tomato paste

         1/8 cup water

         1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

         2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

         1/2 Tbsp mustard

         1/4 tsp cinnamon

         1/4 tsp salt

         1/8 tsp garlic powder

         1/16 tsp freshly ground black pepper

         1/16 tsp ground cloves

 

Instructions:

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl using a whisk. Beat until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a small, sterilized glass jar and place in the chiller for at least 1 hour before serving.
