Guacamole

Ingredients:

?         3 avocados, pitted and peeled

?         2 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, chopped

?         2 white onions, minced

?         Juice from 2 limes

?         1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro

?         8 garlic cloves, crushed and minced

?         2 tsp sea salt

?         Freshly ground black pepper

?         Optional: 2 1/2 Tbsp minced chili pepper

 

Instructions:

  • Mash the avocado in a bowl, and then stir in the minced onion and lime juice.
  • Fold in the chopped tomatoes and minced garlic. Add the chopped chili pepper, if using.
  • Top with chopped cilantro, and then serve.
