?         4 organic eggs

?         1/2 cup organic heavy cream

?         4 Tbsp grass fed butter

?         4 packages stevia

?         Ground cinnamon



  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Whisk in the heavy cream and sweetener until thoroughly combined.
  • Place a saucepan over medium high flame and melt the butter. Once melted, reduce heat to lowest possible setting.
  • Add the egg mixture into the saucepan and cook, stirring frequently, until bottom becomes thick and curdling.
  • Once curdling. Turn off the heat and pour into individual serving bowls. Top with cinnamon and serve at once.
