?         2 small sweet potatoes, boiled

?         ½avocado, pitted, peeled, and cubed

?         1½cups vanilla almond milk, unsweetened

?         2 scoops whey protein powder

?         1 tsp cinnamon

?         ½tsp nutmeg

?         ½tsp allspice

?         2 tsp pure vanilla extract

?         Liquid stevia



  • Peel the boiled sweet potatoes and slice into cubes.
  • Combine the sweet potatoes with the almond milk, spices, vanilla extract, protein powder, and avocado in a high power blender.
  • Cover and blend on high until smooth. Add a few drops of liquid stevia to taste, and then blend to combine.
