?         ¾Tbsp coconut oil

?         ½cup vanilla hemp milk, unsweetened

?         ½cup ice cubes

?         ¼cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)

?         2 cups chopped kale or spinach leaves, rinsed and drained thoroughly

?         ½Tbsp almond butter

?         ½Tbsp chia or flaxseeds



  • Pour the hemp milk, coconut oil, berries, leafy greens, almond butter, seeds, and ice cubes into a high power blender.
  • Cover and blend on high until smooth. Pour into a tumbler and enjoy!
