?         1½Tbsp butter

?         ½lb lump crabmeat

?         1 small egg

?         2 Tbsp mayonnaise

?         2 Tbsp coconut flour

?         2 Tbsp chopped red bell pepper

?         2 Tbsp chopped onion

?         ½tsp minced garlic

?         ½tsp mustard

?         ½tsp seafood seasoning

?         ½cup shredded Parmesan cheese

?         ½Tbsp minced fresh flat leaf parsley

?         Paprika

?         Sea salt

?         Freshly ground black pepper

For the Sauce:

?         1 small egg

?         1 tsp minced garlic

?         ½Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

?         ¼cup olive oil

?         Sea salt

?         Freshly ground black pepper

  • Mix together the crabmeat with the egg, mayonnaise, mustard, coconut flour, garlic, onion, parsley, bell pepper, and seafood seasoning. Mix in a pinch of paprika, salt and pepper.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese and fold in well. Divide the crabmeat into four portions and mold into patties. Arrange on a platter and refrigerate until chilled.
  • Meanwhile, combine the garlic and lemon juice in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add the egg and blend. Gradually drizzle in the olive oil as you blend until the mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
  • Place a large skillet over medium high flame and heat through.
  • Once hot, add the butter and swirl to coat. Reduce to low flame.
  • Add the crab patties and cook for 7 minutes per side, or until firm.
  • Place the cooked crab patties on a plate lined with paper towels to drain, then arrange on a serving plate. Spoon the aioli over the crab patties, then serve right away.
