Cashew and Almond Butter

? 2 cups blanched almonds
? 1/2 cup almond or macadamia oil
? 2/3 cup cashew nuts
- Combine the almonds and cashews in the food processor. Process to a meal.
- Gradually pour in the oil as you continue to pulse.
- Transfer to a glass jar, seal tightly, and refrigerate or store on a cool, dry shelf.
