Cashew and Almond Butter

Makes: 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients:

         2 cups blanched almonds

         1/2 cup almond or macadamia oil

         2/3 cup cashew nuts

 

Instructions:

  • Combine the almonds and cashews in the food processor. Process to a meal.
  • Gradually pour in the oil as you continue to pulse.
  • Transfer to a glass jar, seal tightly, and refrigerate or store on a cool, dry shelf.
