?         ½cup fresh blackberries

?         ½cup ice cubes

?         ½cup plain Greek yogurt

?         ¼scoop whey protein powder, strawberry or vanilla flavored

?         1 Tbsp flaxseed oil



  • Pour the yogurt, blackberries, protein powder, flaxseed oil, and ice cubes into a high power blender.
  • Cover and blend on high until smooth. Pour into a tumbler and enjoy!
