?         ½cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened

?         ¼cup frozen berries (raspberry or blueberry), unsweetened

?         ¼avocado, pitted peeled and cubed

?         2 Tbsp heavy cream

?         2 scoops whey protein powder

?         Liquid stevia



  • Pour the almond milk, berries, avocado cubes, heavy cream, and protein powder into a high power blender.
  • Cover and blend on high until smooth. Add liquid stevia to taste and blend again until combined.
  • Pour into a tumbler and enjoy!
